I did not send the doctors note to be disabled in the time frame required, now UEI wants a repayment. I’m of age to retire now and need help doing whatever they ask to undo this misunderstanding. Legal aide can do no more for me, the appellate Div. sent 3 pgs. of instructional papers. It’s overwelming and stressful. Please advise who can help me make an appeal, file my brief, and finally the appendix and transcrip to the appellate Div.???

As I researched to clarify my view of Service Learning, I viewed many definitions, and found that they all contained similarities. The one that caught my attention the most stated that “service learning is a method of teaching, learning and reflecting that combines academic classroom curriculum with meaningful service”. This helped me establish the differentiation between service learning and community service. While you may study various subjects through your community service of choice, the time spent there is not granting you with instructional guidance in your career choice like service learning offers. Although they both benefit the community, service learning is benefiting you, as well.

My school uses the Instructional Development Effectiveness Assessment (IDEA) System of student evaluation. Current school policy does not mention the publishing of the results from these evaluations.
I was told that the results are located in a professor’s personal file and are therefore confidential.
As students and/or participants of the evaluation, do we have either a judicial right or an implied right to review the results?
Any help would be appreciated.

In my geometry class, my friends and I have to teach a chapter review on quadrilaterals. I was wondering what are some good, effective, fun ways to teach it.
