I am going to be making 50 a week starting March 23, for babysitting. It used to run great before so i don’t want to replace the whole thing, only the engine. Hi, after an illness last year, I am now able to return to doing some exercise and desperate to, having put on about 28lbs since I got ill! I can manage to do about 8,000 steps a day (walking) at the moment but I have joined a gym and am anxious to move forward. I still tire easily and need to take it slowly but I would like to feel more fit and alive by Christmas. What should I expect? How do I know that I am pushing myself enough but not too much?

My cat is 10 years old and still loves to play various games around the house, which often include running about. (Sometimes when she plays she has such a kittenish face!). Is this a sign that she is fit and healthy for her age? Or do all cats that age still love to play?

What about the wild animals, do you leave some of the produce behind for them to gleen? I ask because that is a Big part of my life, on 1 acre of land I have planted and cultivate a pear, 2 apple, 1 plum and 1 apricot tree. I have a butternut tree (white walnut), blueberry bushes, a large grape arbor with table and wine grapes growing on it and I grow a large vegetable garden from May through October. This is my way of keeping a small carbon footprint on the earth.
I was just wondering, since vegetarian/vegans are so concerned with the well being of life are they as concerned with taking the steps to personally care for their own in a self sustaining manner.
